I have been taking a great meal replacement shake Shakeology for a couple weeks now. It is touted as the ‘healthiest meal of the day’ and based on what I’ve eaten some days, that is a very true statement. It is easy to make, tastes great and I’ve even found some great recipes to change up the taste a bit.

The thing I don’t get about Shakeology weight loss shake is how they have gotten over 70 nutrients in it and still kept it tasting good. All of these high quality ingredients provide tons of natural vitamins and antioxidants which is what many doctors recommend (versus just taking a multi vitamin pill each day). On top of all that, you will find a generous serving of whey protein. Based on current research, whey can help you burn more fat and actually improve your immune system.

Others who have tried this shake have reported weight loss and increased energy. Some have reported better elimination which is great considering how our highly processed food diets tends to leave many constipated. For me, I’ve noticed better skin tone and thicker hair.
